資源簡介
支持IR區（輸入、輸出和工作區），DM區操作，
支持 IR 區的強制指令，置位、復位和取消所有強制。
支持 DM 區的讀/寫操作，
支持 IR、DM區的位狀態查詢，返回每一位的狀態。
控件默認參數為串口1，PLC地址0，
波特率9600，Even效驗，7位數據位，2位停止位。
使用控件時，一般只需更改2個屬性：
1、PLC地址 plcAddress
2、串口號 port
3、readDelay （讀指令延時)
4、responseDelay（響應延時)
