資源簡介
三菱FX3U PLC 2軸實現圓弧插補,利用逐點比較法,
逐點比較插補法就是每走一步(即一個脈沖當量)都要將加工點的瞬時坐標與規定的圖形軌跡相比較,判斷實際加工點在給定軌跡的什么位置, 從而決定下一步的進給方向,這樣就能得出一個非常接近規定圖形的軌跡。因PLC指令受掃描周期影響,速度比較慢,僅供學習參考。
