摘 要 傳統的實驗室管理方式，積累量大，易出錯，在實驗室開放方面，學生很難查看實驗室的空閑時段，管理員也很難為學生預備實驗條件。在選擇實驗課方面，總是以班級或者專業為單位進行排課，使得教學缺乏自主化，人性化，而且往往會師生之間相互不了解而產生的盲目教學等情況，影響學生、老師的積極性，從而影響實驗教學的效果。所以，需要開發一套開放實驗室實驗預約系統來代替傳統的管理方法。 開放實驗室預約系統包含管理員放課子系統，老師排課子系統，學生選課子系統三塊。在放課子系統中，管理員根據該學期的實際需要發放本學期的實驗項目批次，同時管理員可以統計所有實驗項目批次的選課情況。在排課子系統中，老師根據管理員發放的實驗項目批次，確定實驗的時間、地點、容納人數等基本信息，同時老師可以查看自己排課情況。在選課子系統中，學生根據自己的實際情況和老師排課的基本情況來選擇自己的實驗項目批次，同時學生可以查詢老師的信息，課程的信息和自己的課表。 系統采用B/S架構，符合操作簡單，界面友好，靈活，實用，安全的要求，能夠完成開放實驗室預約管理的全過程。系統的最大特點就是打破了傳統意義上的實驗室管理方式，使得學生、老師在整個教學過程中更加自主，不斷提高了兩者的積極性，同時也提高了教與學的質量，提高了實驗教學管理的效率。 【關鍵字】管理自動化 預約管理系統 查詢 信息。 ABSTRACT Traditional laboratory management, accumulated a large amount of error-prone, and opening up in the lab, the students it is difficult to view the free laboratory sessions, the administrator it is very difficult for students to prepare experimental conditions.
