首先使用微信獲取當前所在的經緯度
使用百度地圖api將獲取到的經緯度轉化為地理信息
使用中國氣象網開放api(http://wthrcdn.etouch.cn/weather_mini?city=' 城市名) 獲取當日天氣及未來五天的天氣
