FLICM 算法,是一種基于局部空間信息模糊聚類的魯棒圖像分割算法,來自論文"A Robust Fuzzy Local Information C-Means Clustering Algorithm", IEEE Transactions on Image Processing 19(5) 2010 1328-1337, doi: 10.1109/TIP.2010.2040763,使用Matlab R2018b編寫,皆用矩陣計算。
