AD5933是一款高精度的阻抗轉(zhuǎn)換器系統(tǒng)解決方案,片上集成頻率發(fā)生器與12位、1 MSPS的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器(ADC)。用頻率發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生的信號來激勵外部復(fù)阻抗,外部阻抗的響應(yīng)信號由片上ADC進(jìn)行采樣,然后由片上DSP進(jìn)行離散傅里葉變換(DFT)處理。DFT算法在每個頻率上返回一個實(shí)部(R)數(shù)
